Aïta Mon Amour

"Aïta Mon Amour" is the name of the project centered around the art of the AÏTA, initially upheld by these female singers and custodians of a tradition dating back to the 12th century in Morocco, known as "Chikhates". This art is now transmitted, through this project, by Widad Mjama and Khalil Epi, who aim to rescue this poetry from oblivion and pay tribute to these majestic women, to make the AÏTA resonate into the contemporary and digital era.
