Backyard Business

Backyard Business emerged in the depths of Corra Linn, lutruwita (Tassie). A band inspired by the likes of Slowly Slowly, Sly Withers and legends of the scene, Kings of Leon and Foo Fighters. Backyard Business grew from backyard gigs with supportive mosh pits but the boys are starting to make a name for themselves locally from playing multiple headline shows, opening shows, local festival lineups and recently supported British India on their 2024 Tasmanian Tour. The boys also played their first interstate headline show in Naarm (Melbourne) in April 2024. The boys released their Debut single ‘Red Cans’ in early December of 2023. They released their second single ‘Landmine’ in January of 2024. In July 2024, the boys released their third single ‘Blockie Races’. Backyard Business strive to put on the best show that they can with catchy melodies, high energy riffs, pumping rhythms and energetic stage presence.
