Boydex is the moniker of Matt Boyd, hailing from Melbourne Australia. With strong influences from the likes of Manic Focus, Pretty Lights, Late Night Radio, Daily Bread, and Artifakts, Matt has been shaking things up in the Australian bass music scene and internationally the last couple years. If you've ever met Matt, you'll know the nickname "gentleman of funk" is very fitting. His music glistens with style, groove, sexy vocals and head bopping beats, always underwritten with a well rounded, fat bassline. Behind the decks, Boydex is a joy to watch as he commands a crowd with his rapping, filling the room with smiles and dancing bodies.
