Charlotte Bettson

Having just played YNOT Festival for the second time, Charlotte Bettson, 26 from Derbyshire, is one to know. Her favourite artists are Sam Fender and Nothing But Thieves and she grew up on the likes of Paramore, but her music is genre blending with emotional vulnerability and pop rock elements. from BBC Introducing and being chosen as their track of the week 4x so far, as well as airplay and support from Planet Rock, RTE, Capital FM and more, she is one to look out for. Charlotte is actively gigging with her band and recently played Rough Trade Nottingham, The Sunflower Lounge Birmingham, The Sound House Leicester for This Feeling, and even played Ynot Festival which was headlined by Stereophonics, Courteeners, Blossoms, Nothing But Thieves, The Kooks and many more amazing names. Charlotte was chosen to compete for the Ynot Festival slot in her hometown of Ashbourne on the Jubilee weekend for 'Ynot Festival Battle of The Bands' against 5 other bands. Other career highlights have included performing at BBC Countryfile Live, and performing live on Steve Garrigan's (Kodaline Frontman)'s mental health radio show in partnership with RTE and interviewed by Steve himself.
