Junior


 Junior, the artist also known as Charles Bloom Jr was born in El Paso, Texas to pastors Charles and Deborah Bloom. It was in the church that his love for music began. Being the son of pastors, the church played a big part in influencing his love for singing, his sound, knowledge of musical note and leading him to start writing at the age of 15. This setting also played a major role in the careers of his brothers Timothy Bloom (2x Grammy winners) and David Bloom (Grammy nominated, BMI Award & Stellar Award winner). Apart from having the influence of his siblings, he also admired the sounds of artists like Prince, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Usher, and Tank just to name a few. 
 Junior took his skills, knowledge and love for music to write and produce his first single Higher. He describes this sound as a smooth melodic mixture of R&B and soul. 
 Higher is about falling in love with someone and although you don't know what to do with this new feeling, you can't deny you love the way it feels. Finally, you let go and allow love to take you higher than you've ever been before. This track isn't just for the lovers, it is for anyone wanting that old school vibe.  
 After the release of his highly anticipated single Higher, Junior will be finishing up his EP and continuing to work on new music
