KvnLee who goes by the moniker “Yung Ol’ Soul” is an up and coming rapper from Herndon, VA, an area also known as the DMV—Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. With his unique flow and well-crafted lyrics, KvnLee is inspiring and motivating listeners all across the world. Though KvnLee’s early years were not focused on one day being an artist, they were spent learning from other up and coming artists, being a DMV native, that was connected to its burgeoning HipHop music scene since the age of 7. A well known DMV manager, who has been in the scene since 2005, hosting showcases, mixtapes, events, and graced the stage with the likes of Nipsey Hussle (R. I. P), Raeqwon from Wu-Tang Clan, AZ, Beanie Siegel, and Freeway to name a few. To their surprise KvnLee shared his talent with his Uncle and family in March of 2017. The two began working together immediately and KvnLee released his debut project titled, The Introduction, in January of 2018 to SoundCloud and eventually to streaming platforms in March of 2018, and the duo haven’t looked back since.
