LARI LUKE, who grew up in Ecuador, Portugal and Heidelberg and speaks fluent German, Spanish, Portugese and English, is a musician, songwriter and DJ, and has remixed tracks for the likes of Rita Ora, JP Saxe and Julia Michaels. She even has the support from worldwide music superstar Diplo, who has played her official remix of the Trevor Daniel single ‘Falling’ during his radio show. Now, Larissa is starting her new chapter, signing her first major label contract with Sony Music. In the past months, LARI LUKE DJ sets have developed under her moto “Zöpfe! Bässe! Eskalation!“ (which translates to: “Pigtails! Bass! Escalation!”) and video clips of her live shows on social media prove that she is capable of captivating and energising the masses. Meanwhile, over 184,000 people follow her on Instagram, and last year her debut eleven-date solo tour was sold out months in advance. Next to her solo shows she has secured main stage slots at a number festivals including Nature One, Juicy Beats, Parookaville and Lollapalooza. This summer would have seen her perform at Hurricane/Southside. This multi-talent isn’t only all about bass, trap and house tracks or remixes of other artists. In fact, since last year she started releasing her own productions.
