A remarkably apt name for the sympathetic metal band from Brunswick, Germany. ‘Distortion’ on the one hand is a vocal technique that singer Chris masters and presents perfectly, on the other hand there is ‘The Queen’ as the fictional character of a story that runs through their music. Their varied musical style comes from classic metal, refreshingly expanded with progressive crossover elements and extends to melodic guitar duels, as you love them from power and melodic metal.
