Dark Tropical. This is how the Montreal-based group TANGO GOLF TANGO defines their new musical odyssey with the track HOLY DAZED. Born from the surprising union of a podcast director who is a fan of Boards of Canada, a therapist addicted to the sixties, a drummer fueled by Afro-Cuban music, and a chameleon-like vocalist with a literary nature, the group emerges. Free, improbable, and intriguing. The result is a captivating single where ethereal keyboards, tropical rhythms, and figurative lyrics intertwine, carried by two voices - one female, the other male - engaging in dialogue, like a conversation between the conscious and the unconscious.
