Grammy Award® Winning Guitar Trio, The String Revolution, is a dynamic and talented guitar trio that is sure to captivate audiences with their mesmerizing melodies and infectious rhythms. Comprised of guitarists Janet Robin, Markus Illko and Rober Luis, this ensemble takes the art of guitar playing to new heights. Their blend of various musical genres, including World Music, Rock, Blues, Latin, and more, results in a blend of genre's that transcends boundaries.. Whether performing their original compositions or re-imagining well known tunes, TSR always delivers a performance that is both exhilarating and memorable. In 2022, the band released a version of Randy Rhoads and Ozzy Osborne's classic, "Crazy Train" featuring iconic guitarist Steve Stevens to rave reviews. In 2023, they released a unique version of “Folsom Prison Blues,” featuring guitarist Tommy Emmanuel, produced by John Carter Cash and recorded at the legendary Cash Cabin Studios in Nashville. This recording won them a 2024 Grammy Award® for "Best Arrangement, Instrumental or Acapella."
